During our initial conversation, a no-cost consultation will be scheduled at your convenience. Day and evening appointments are available; we'll do our best to work around your busy schedule.
At AbbyArts, our ultimate goal is to understand our client's vision and convert that vision into a reality. The process always begins with a casual interview between you and owner Mike Lipiner. You will never have to meet with a commissioned sales estimator whose primary focus is to sell the job. Mike will view the space to be painted, take measurements, and discuss sample specifications. You will also have the opportunity to view our extensive portfolio highlighting previous work.
Shortly after you're consultation with Mike, you will receive an extensive work and price quote detailing the exact work to be preformed and a bottom-line price. After approval of the proposal, a 20-33% deposit (depending on the project's scope) is taken to commence work. This deposit will reserve your start date and will also cover materials and related expenses.
We consider every painting project unique, therefore it is our policy not to give an estimate without having the opportunity to see the space to be painted. Since there are so many factors that go into the determination of a price, any figure given over the phone would be inaccurate. Some factors we use to determine cost are: Square footage, wall/surface type, existing condition of the surface(s), height of the wall(s), ceiling work, material costs, travel distance, complexity of the finish(es), and the time it takes to complete the work, just to name a few.
